Complete Strip-Out & Demolition
We handle the full removal of existing bathroom fixtures, finishes, and fittings to prepare the space for construction. All demolition waste is cleared, leaving a clean site ready for the next stage.
Waterproofing (Where Required)
Industry-approved waterproofing systems are applied by licensed trades in accordance with Australian Standards to protect wet areas and support long-term performance.
Plumbing & Electrical Works
Licensed plumbers and electricians complete all required plumbing and electrical works to suit the new bathroom layout and fixtures.
Floor-to-Ceiling Tiling
Wall tiling is installed from floor to ceiling to create a clean, cohesive finish throughout the bathroom.
Wall Tile Selection
Clients may select wall tiles in a standard 300 × 600 format. Tiles are supplied by the client and installed by our team with precision.
Floor Tile Selection
Clients may select 300 × 600 floor tiles, supplied by the client and installed as part of the renovation works.
Standard Tile Layout
Tiles are installed in a standard layout pattern, ensuring accurate alignment, consistency, and a polished finish.
LED Recessed Niche
A recessed wall niche with integrated LED lighting is included as part of a complete bathroom renovation package, providing practical storage and ambient lighting.
Frameless Shower Screen
Installation of a custom frameless glass shower screen (10mm) sized to suit the space and fitted by experienced installers.
Vanity Installation
Installation of a floating vanity unit up to 900mm in width. Vanity supplied by the client and installed as part of the works.
Toilet Suite Installation
Installation of a back-to-wall toilet suite supplied by the client, providing a clean and modern finish.
Fixtures & Bathroom Accessories
Installation of client-supplied fixtures including basin mixer or spindles, shower mixer or spindles, and a multi-function handheld shower with wall bracket.
Shaving Cabinet
Installation of a shaving cabinet up to 900mm in width, supplied by the client.
Towel Rail & Toilet Roll Holder
Installation of a single towel rail, towel hook, and toilet roll holder supplied by the client.
Flexible Payment Options
Payment plan options may be available to assist with project cash flow, subject to approval and provider terms.
Home Building Compensation Insurance
Where required by law, Home Building Compensation Insurance is provided in accordance with NSW legislation to protect eligible residential renovation works.
